Just bought a house back in Aug. Came with a "home warranty" sure enough, the fridge breaks down. They send over a "technician" on a Sat. Can't get parts till Monday. They say they won't cover fridge b/c it too dusty. Who the hell dusts their friggin fridge. "Technician" offers to fix fridge anyway.
