Weird.
Though the first suggestion - why did my mortgage go up - is not all a surprising result for these times.
Hint - because whilst y'all drooled over the initial monthly payment, you forgot to heed the fine print.

are you aware that google also shows the frequency of the search being used to the right? kinda changes the relevance of the suggestions.
Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't - I think.
That's a screenshot so there it didn't - unless I'm missing something.
