Obviously, this animal WAS NOT forcibly educated/trained by government agents!
Just imagine how rich one could become if they could teach pets to toilet themselves....
As a cat owner I know I'd pay at least a grand to be rid of litter box funding and cleaning.
Don't laugh, it could probably easily be done - a surefire million dollar business plan if there ever was one.
