I ordered the 4-Hour Body a while ago and very much look forward to reading it in a week or so when it finally arrives.

Either of his books, that one or its predecessor, will make a great gift for your slighted man this Christmas season. Order them through Amazon because they are SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper. I think I paid $22+ for The 4-Hour Workweek at a bookstore....meanwhile, it's $12.37 online.
