More Establishment Attacks On Blogs

Click that graphic to enlarge or click here for full article.

The gist is that some judge in Kfell's libertarian paradise - New Hampshire - ordered a website to out its anonymous sources even though:

1) The plaintiff didn't prove *defamation*.
2) The plaintiff didn't prove the leaked info was *confidential*.
3)
The plaintiff is a scumbag mortgage company.
4) Big Media newspapers and magazines are almost never molested by judges despite their copious use of anonymous sources.

Here's all you need to know about the litigant - The Mortgage Specialists:

From their website:

The Mortgage Specialists has been a leader in mortgage lending in New England for the last twenty years. We have been recognized by Fannie Mae nationally and have won their most prestigious award "The Platinum Award."

Recognized by Fannie Mae???

Hah!

That means their entire business model is most likely based upon STEALING MONEY from us taxpayers. (Sue me for that statement, please!)

For just one example of this institutionalized fraud, check out that post I wrote the other day, if you haven't already - Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac....Killing US!.

I can't wait to see Kfell spin this one! How about "that judge is originally from Massachusetts"???

Or "he was educated in Boston"???

C-Nut,

I cannot comment just yet as I am attending the Sox game tonight and don't have time. But rockingham county is a bastion of liberal thought and our superior court system is riddled with lefties. NH has been infested evidence by Obama carrying the state and Ron Paul finishing 4th in the Republican primary. The free state project is slowly gaining ground though and the resistance will ultimately succeed.

Down in Mass for our *culture* again, heh?

See if they'll serve you a beer with an out-of-state ID. I know they won't at Celtics games.

Oh yeah....and try to obey all traffic regulations.

Well this is going to be a painful day with the news from Wells Fargo.
This should be the last time I am in Mass until at least the late summer when the blue fin are running.
They served me beer without showing my license although this was after the raping for $40 parking, $7.50 for bud light, and $7 for a hot dog. Luckily the tickets were free.
My brother went to a Bruins game with an expired NH ID and the first server refuse to serve him. So he went to the next one and ordered the beers first which they poured and then handed the ID. This simple technique worked.
Although he was "taken into custody" at the door of the House of Blues when he asked the cop if his permit for a concealed weapon would allow him to pass thru the metal detectors. Mass cops have a very limited range of humor. After they had him in handcuffs, that's when their humor showed the light of day. They tormented him with comments like "We are going to have "fun" with you tonight." Ultimately they let him go because being a wise ass is still not against the law in the People's Republic. At least for now...Can't wait to tell the parents this story at Easter dinner...

Kfell,

$40 for parking sounds cheap. What, were you about a mile away?

Yankee games can be $100 to park at.

Pretty good story about the House of Blues....glad it wasn't me!
