Have you seen the baggage handlers at the airport toss/slam the luggage all over the place - particularly when THROWING it on the belt?
On a related topic, I have noticed that much of what comes from Amazon, particularly the *books* show up with small damage - rips and whatnot.
Whatever. It's still worth it.
Amazon Prime makes me almost feel like a king.
