I can't help but see the Carmelo Anthony era being a total replay of the Stephon Marbury one.
Favorite son from the Boroughs, cocky, lazy, and fundamentally unsound, comes home with a big contract and bigger expectations....only to crash and burn.

Melo is not from the boroughs, He was actually raised in Baltimore. This is widely known because a few years ago he was featured in a baltimore "stop snitching" video. This is a video produced by drug lords to encourage criminal informants to stop working with police.
