I always thought those *kid leashes* were bad...
But how about putting RFID chips on them?
And I don't mean by their own parents, but rather by GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS!
Alright, now that I think about it, perhaps it's not such a bad, intrusive idea. There's worse stuff for sure.
