Getting My Kicks


So recently I've been doing the martial arts disk of P90X.

Can I just say that I've tried tons of ab exercises - who hasn't except for *doctors*? - and never has my midriff felt as exercised as it has this week after doing the regimen of air kicks and punches from *Kenpo X* (4-5 days in a row).

Yeah, they felt more worked out than from any of the yoga routines I've done over the past 2.75 years.

I mentioned this *progress* to my wife and she remarked that now I ought to understand why some of these chicks take up kickboxing and whatnot.

Indeed, I do now.
