For crying out loud, this home sold at $1.3 million at the peak!

I don't think this house will sell for more than $1.1 million - but, remember, there's no shortage of rich Morons out there. The people who buy these types of homes generally let their flaky wife/life partner pick the house.
As I told y'all 15 months ago - Only Buy A Foreclosure.
Something like 50% of all home sales today are foreclosure related. Wait until that's the case in your hood.
