Is it possible that my landlord owes $6,900 on his gas bill?
I'm pretty sure that's the number I saw through the envelope.
He must have a couple of his properties on that account, I would presume.
And I'm sure there's some law, that he's well aware of, that prohibits National Grid from *shut-off* recourse in the winter time.
Obviously, the rest of us, through higher rates, will end up paying his debt...
