Sorry for the recent blogging silence.
At the moment I am wrapped up in *legal proceedings* with the landlord: eviction, bank auction, Board of Health citations, personal bankruptcy filings (landlord), etc.

Lets hand our 401ks over to groups like the SEIU because they have done an awesome job of managing their own pensions!
