Advertising Failure?

I can't tell if this is a serious ad for a serious product or what:

That blonde chick is from My Name is Earl. What a SUCKER!

Now THIS is a real head-scratcher: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4S3C4AC908w

Btw, I hate ANYONE who would buy that or any other work-out gimmick. How dumb are people? There's no free lunch in life, not in physics, not in chemistry, not in economics... NOTHING!

Err... except religion I guess... screw off as much as you want, then, just say the magic words "Jesus is my savior" and all is forgiven! Ta-da! The Eternal Free Lunch

I'm a sucker for infomercials.

I love to watch them and think about whether or not they might work.

Only once have I bought anything - The Bean. That was the contoured inflatable for doing crunches on. It lasted two years before popping.

Didn't do that much for my abs - nothing at all compared to free, organic yoga!

BTW....I'll pray for you.

As for the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4S3C4AC908w>shake weight</a> you referred to...

I just watched it and was seriously intrigued. I can see how millions of frustrated, fat-armed chicks would throw $20 at it.

Wish I invented it!

I hope you caught what the movement is similar to.... missed the comments maybe?

Or playing coy?

The Balls video is viral marketing, and you've just helped to spread the virus.

How does it feel to be controlled by the Axe marketing machine?

Justin,

Yeah, I did spread the virus.

But I still don't know what the freakin' product is.

Taylor,

Prayer revoked.

At some point during the video you must have noticed the slightly-less-than-subliminal "Axe" in the background.

And if you've never heard of Axe bodywash before, you have now. So, their mission is more or less accomplished.

I hope they're paying you for this...
